A small camera, hidden amongst the banks of computers and sensors in the lab recorded the idle words of the second most senior scientist of Dark Side Experimental, and transmitted the video to a secret location in the company's data stream, where Aldric would later pick it up and view it. He liked to keep tabs on the people who worked on his projects with him, and he was happy to not let any of them know about it. He knew that people did not work well when they knew they were being monitored, neither did they speak so freely.
