I under-ate yesterday. I had a little leftover junk food for lunch a couple of oranges and a bowl of soup (and my usual coffee, but with Almond Milk instead of dairy creamer). I had plenty of energy and made it through karate in good shape, but I was STARVING when I got home at 8:45. I need to figure out some good snacks to take everywhere with me for these kind of nights.
