I woke up this morning a little hard, and felt a little irritable. The morning was long and I was not able to eat again until after 1PM. I ate poorly, but I loved every minute of it. The fried food tasted great and was filling, but it sat heavy in my stomach. When I went to karate tonight I could tell that I had not eaten well during the day. I felt sluggish and weak and I know that my lunch choice made the difference in how I felt. I won’t be doing that again.
